Jerry Allen “Josh” Duckworth, 59 of Hayden, passed away Monday May 16, 22 at his residence. He was an avid Alabama football fan. He loved playing music and singing karaoke and enjoyed grilling and cooking out. He was preceded in death by his daddy, Charles Duckworth and his brother Gary Duckworth. Survivors include his wife, Ashley Duckworth; son, Asa Bowman; mother, Betty Duckworth; brothers, Terry (Donna) Duckworth, Greg (Brena) Duckworth and Brian (Nicole) Duckworth; father-in-law, Terry “Pop” (Kim) Joiner; several other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be Thursday May 19, 22 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens.
